Antique Chinese Cloisonne Enamel Bronze Lidded Vase Lion

  
Antique Chinese cloisonné vase or urn. This is an early 20th century Chinese champleve cloisonne lidded vase on stand with gilt bronze finial in the form of a lion and fine quality enamel work. The vase is of extremely good quality with lotus flowers and floral scrolls inlaid with colourful enamels raised above a gilt tooled ground. The rim and foot of the vase and lid are in polished gilt bronze and the interior and underside is in a lovely blue enamel. This is raised on a hand carved wooden base and measures 8" high overall 6 1/2" without stand and 6 in diameter. The stand is cracked in multiple places and some pieces missing as shown in pictures but can still be used.

Great condition for vase - some wear on very bottom.
